The rooms were decent size and the beds were comfortable.

It has great and stunning location in San Francisco short walk to a safe area about 25min walk from golden gate park as well as nice restaurants in Hayes st. Would like to stay longer if we go to San Francisco, liked it.

It was in a good and amazing location with Painted Ladies nearby.

There was parking lot missing, I was a little disappointed.

It has beautiful, unbeatable setting, right by SF downtown. Make sure to get standard queen room with private bathroom. All the staff members are very efficient and attentive.

Loved the place, had a fine stay in my next vacation. I were given a good-sized room with central heating, multi-channel TV and a fridge. The bathroom was reasonably clean and modern style. Also, location was particularly good and amazing, relatively near Hayes Valley.

I recently stayed at Casa Loma and had a wonderful time exploring the city. The location couldn't have been better, with Alamo Square Park and the famous Painted Ladies right next to the hotel. I also loved that there was a converted church nearby that served as a roller skating rink - such a unique experience! The hotel provided excellent coffee for free, which was a great way to start my day. The rooms were affordable and well-maintained, with clean shared bathrooms and unexpected amenities like towels and bathrobes. The staff at the reception desk were always helpful and friendly, and I felt safe throughout my stay. I would definitely return to Casa Loma for its perfect location and budget-friendly accommodations.

its location a 10-15 minute walk from hayes valley was stunning. the view from suite was awesome. a bathtub was brand new and everything was really good.
